Thank you for choosing William Michael Forbes for private readings, spiritual guidance, Masterclasses, courses, and related services. Because our services involve reserved appointment times, live events, digital materials, and immediate access to course content, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through our website.
Private Readings and Private Sessions
Private readings and sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment.
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time.
With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may request to reschedule your appointment to another available time.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If William Michael Forbes must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment time. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, the amount you paid for the affected appointment will be refunded.
Live Masterclasses and Courses
Registration for a Masterclass, live course, workshop, or similar program reserves your place in that program and may provide you with access to materials, recordings, private groups, orientation sessions, or other digital resources.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual course or registration page, course and Masterclass purchases are non-refundable once the program has begun or once course materials, recordings, private-group access, or other digital content have been made available to you.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, this does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund. When recordings or replay access are provided as part of the course, students may use those resources to review sessions they were unable to attend live.
Repeat-Student and Discounted Registrations
Repeat-student registrations, promotional pricing, sale pricing, coupons, and other discounted registrations are subject to the same refund conditions as the corresponding course or service unless different terms are specifically stated at the time of purchase.
The difference between a promotional or discounted price and a regular price is not refundable.
Digital Products and Online Content
Purchases that provide immediate access to downloadable materials, recorded content, online courses, study guides, meditations, videos, audio recordings, or other digital products are generally non-refundable once access to the digital content has been provided or the content has been downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Please review the description of a digital product carefully before completing your purchase.
Facebook Groups and Course Communities
Some courses may include admission to a private Facebook group or another online community.
Students are responsible for requesting access to the applicable group using the instructions provided after registration. Failure to request access, participate in the group, attend live sessions, or view available course materials does not by itself create eligibility for a refund.
Technical Difficulties
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing purchased digital materials or course content, please contact us so that we can make reasonable efforts to restore your access.
A temporary technical problem does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund when the purchased content or service can otherwise be provided.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase or that an incorrect amount was charged, please contact us promptly. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with a purchase, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws or the rules and protections provided by your payment provider or financial institution.
Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that exceptional circumstances can occur. Requests falling outside this policy may be reviewed individually at our discretion.
Any exception granted on one occasion does not change this policy or create an obligation to provide the same exception in another situation.
Cancellations by William Michael Forbes
If we cancel a paid service, event, or course and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, rescheduled date, or equivalent service, affected customers will be offered an appropriate refund for the portion of the service that cannot be provided.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law.
